1. Services
JayPee Solutions provides business automation services including but not limited to automated SMS and email campaigns, review generation systems, customer reactivation campaigns, appointment reminder sequences, missed call text back, lead follow-up automation, and related digital marketing services ("Services").
2. Service Agreement
By engaging JayPee Solutions, you agree that all services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may cancel services with written notice. A one-time setup fee is non-refundable. Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable after services have been delivered.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent from your customers before we send them automated SMS or email messages on your behalf. You represent and warrant that your customer lists were collected legally and that your customers have opted in to receive communications from your business. You agree to comply with all applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any applicable state laws.
4. SMS Communications
JayPee Solutions sends SMS messages on behalf of our clients through registered 10-digit long code (10DLC) numbers in compliance with CTIA guidelines and carrier requirements. All SMS campaigns are registered through A2P 10DLC. Message and data rates may apply to your customers. Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You agree not to use our services to send unsolicited messages or messages that violate applicable law.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to send spam, harass individuals, violate any law or regulation, infringe on intellectual property rights, or engage in any fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for any prohibited use.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, and workflows created by JayPee Solutions remain the intellectual property of JayPee Solutions unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Custom message content created for your business is licensed to you for use within our platform during the service period.
7. Limitation of Liability
JayPee Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding any claim. We do not guarantee specific results including a specific number of reviews, customers reactivated, or revenue generated.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lake County, Florida.

Phone numbers collected for SMS communications will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. All SMS campaigns include opt-out instructions. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Opt-out requests are processed immediately and that number will receive no further messages.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Upon cancellation of services, we will delete or return your data within 30 days upon written request.
7. Third-Party Services
We use GoHighLevel as our automation platform, Stripe for payment processing, and Formspree for form submissions. Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We use these services solely to deliver our services to you.

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the automated SMS messaging services provided by JayPee Solutions to our business clients and the messages sent to their end customers on their behalf.
Program Description
JayPee Solutions sends automated SMS messages on behalf of local businesses for the following purposes: appointment reminders, review requests, customer reactivation offers, missed call follow-ups, lead follow-up, referral requests, birthday offers, and loyalty campaigns. Messages are sent from 10-digit long code (10DLC) phone numbers registered through the A2P 10DLC system in compliance with CTIA guidelines.
Consent
By providing your phone number to one of our client businesses, you consent to receive automated text messages from that business. Our clients are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their customers before enrolling them in SMS campaigns. JayPee Solutions requires all clients to confirm they have obtained explicit consent before importing customer contact lists.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by campaign type. Appointment reminder campaigns send up to 3 messages per appointment. Review request campaigns send up to 2 messages per visit. Reactivation campaigns send up to 3 messages per reactivation cycle. Total message frequency typically does not exceed 4-6 messages per month per customer.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all SMS messages received.
Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving SMS messages from a business using JayPee Solutions, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START to the same number. Opt-out requests are processed immediately.
